Federico Brambilla - Group CEO
Federico Brambilla is the Chief Executive Officer of Tuttotondo Group.
He leads the executive team with a bold vision and diverse set of abilities, Federico has leveraged his international business and management abilities, project management skills and over 15 years’ experience in the marine refit industry to drive the company's investment and development strategy. He founded the company in 2015 and has been at the helm of Tuttotondo Group’s success.
Federico holds a master’s degree in engineering and industrial management.
from Politecnico of Milano, Italy and a master’s degree in international business
administration from University of Miami, Florida.
Joel Suris - Group COO
Joel Suris is the Chief Operating Officer of Tuttotondo Group.
With over 23 years experience in the cruise ship industry, he brings extensive experience in the technical and life cycle aspect of our industry as well as extensive project management experience. His responsibilities include supervising all daily operations of the company, marketing, and sales. Developing profitable growth strategies and maximizing operational performance. Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer on all matters related to the business and implementing strategies, procedures and business plans needed to enhance company growth to reach and execute the CEO’ vision.
Joel holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a degree in International Business and Finance from Florida International University in Miami, Florida as well as an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from MIT Sloan School of Management in Boston, Massachusetts.
Giuditta Pezzotta - Group CFO
Giuditta Pezzotta is Group CFO at Tuttotondo Group.
Based in Bergamo, Italy. Traditional finance activities (controlling, budgeting, planning and analyzing) remain her primary management responsibilities, but Giuditta plays a key role in the upper management team as well, connecting financial data to provide essential context for the decisions that will affect the company’s operations, strategic planning, and competitive strength.
Giuditta holds a Management Engineering degree from Politecnico of Milan, Italy, and studied as a fellow in the Erasmus Program at the Universitad Politecnica de Catalunya of Barcelona, Spain.
