Federico Brambilla - Group CEO
Federico Brambilla is the Chief Executive Officer of Tuttotondo Group.
He leads the executive team with a bold vision and diverse set of abilities, Federico has leveraged his international business and management abilities, project management skills and over 15 years’ experience in the marine refit industry to drive the company's investment and development strategy. He founded the company in 2015 and has been at the helm of Tuttotondo Group’s success.
Federico holds a master’s degree in engineering and industrial management.

administration from University of Miami, Florida.
Giuditta Pezzotta - Group CFO
Giuditta Pezzotta is Group CFO at Tuttotondo Group.
Based in Bergamo, Italy. Traditional finance activities (controlling, budgeting, planning and analyzing) remain her primary management responsibilities, but Giuditta plays a key role in the upper management team as well, connecting financial data to provide essential context for the decisions that will affect the company’s operations, strategic planning, and competitive strength.
Giuditta holds a Management Engineering degree from Politecnico of Milan, Italy, and studied as a fellow in the Erasmus Program at the Universitad Politecnica de Catalunya of Barcelona, Spain.
Aleida Lassalle – Managing Director NOVA MARINE GLASS
Aleida Lassalle is the Managing Director of Nova Marine Glass.
She’s leading the glass operating Company of the Group as one of the founders and managing all aspects of the business. Aleida has extensive experience in developing glass fabrication and service company in the marine business given her successful record over the past 12 years. She joined our Team in 2022 and under Aleida’s leadership, the company developed advanced manufacturing techniques and increase our sourcing capabilities to the highest quality materials to ensure that our products meet the rigorous demands of the marine industry.
Aleida holds a Business Administration degree from ESEM school of Madrid, Spain but her greatest expertise came from real-world practice working directly with glass, developing her problem-solving skills and self-learning experience. Her commitment to quality is essential for our company Legacy.
